Dear Marko,

thank you for introducing us into Croatia on the natural habitat of these nice plants, it is known too little about Jovibarba hirta in the south part of its natural distribution. Your photos are very good, they are sharp and they show us the characteritics of the plants.

Do you have also the photos of the habitat and of the nearby of the habitat? On the pictures I see the rosettes are growing on limestone. In what elevation do the plants on the habitat grow?

Ich habe mich bei Marko für die Vorstellung des Naturstandortes bedankt, weil es wenig bekannt über Jovibarba hirta in dem südlichen Teil des Verbreitungsgebiets wird. Ich habe auch geschrieben, dass die Bilder sehr schön sind, die Bilder sind scharf und zeigen die Merkmale der Pflanzen.
Ich habe gefragt, ob Marko auch nächste Bilder gemacht hat - z. B. die Bilder der Gegend in der Nähe des Naturstandortes. Ich habe auch nach den Angaben über der Meereshöhe gefragt.

you show us really good pictures of the little Jovibarbas. It is a very good idea to make an art picture of a rosette.

As jezour has already written it would be nice of you to show a picture of the habitat if you have got one and tell us how many metres above sea level the plants are growing.

Last weekend I observed 2 populations that were quite small so I didn't brought it in culture.

I'm glad you like the photos. Unfortunately, I don't have
good representative pictures of habitat. This camera has really narrow angle
and I was unsatisfied with pictures.

First population was at about 600, and second one on 700 m.

My old camera broke, and I bought used one. It's great for super macro, but any other purpose
is bad :)
